What You'll Do
- Participate in recruitment, development, training and retention of warehouse team
- Direct the day to day flow and activities of the warehouse including:
- receiving of inbound inventory
- staging, stocking and replenishment of inventory to warehouse locations
- inventory control and accuracy
- shipping of outbound inventory
- Supervise the warehouse team and monitor their production and work habits, serving as coach and mentor to meet their peak performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work and warehouse environment that meets safety standards
- Monitor warehouse performance, operating costs and ensure company standards of excellence are met
- Cook up with other Supervisors and Leads to facilitate efficient operations across all departments
What You'll Need
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse administration or a related field preferred
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to operate and maintain warehouse equipment. (Forklift, Scissor lifts)
- Proficiency in moving heavy loads and understanding of inventory management
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
Benefits
This position supports operations year-round. During peak season, the schedule and daily hours fluctuate based on business demand and may include evenings, weekends and extended shifts. During peak season schedules are more regular and predictable. Non-peak season Monday – Friday Regular shift 7am – 4pm Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.
Peak Season Workdays and hours vary based on business demands. May include weekends and extended shifts. Employees must be available for variable hours and days as workload increases.
