The Role

We are looking for an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will lead daily warehouse operations, support HVAC, sheet metal fabrication, service, and construction teams, and champion safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse associates, material handlers, and delivery drivers.
• Cook up receiving, storage, picking, staging, and delivery of materials.
• Ensure materials are available to support fabrication, service, and construction teams.
• Work closely with the Inventory Manager to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient material flow.
• Schedule staff and assign daily priorities to meet operational demands.
• Coach, train, and develop team members while promoting accountability and engagement.
• Coordinate jobsite deliveries and optimize transportation schedules.
• Maintain warehouse organization, staging areas, and standardized processes.
• Ensure forklifts, trucks, and warehouse equipment are inspected and properly maintained.
• Champion workplace safety by enforcing OSHA, DOT, and GSM safety standards.
• Lead safety meetings, conduct inspections, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and warehouse operations through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support after-hours or emergency operational needs when required.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing shipping, receiving, logistics, and material staging.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, construction, sheet metal fabrication, or industrial distribution.
• Forklift certification.
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume operational environment.
