Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees and directs warehouse operations in retail stores. They also manage warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, and support the Receiving Supervisor in freight scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees warehouse activities such as shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control, etc.
• Maintains storage buy transactions, handles receiving errors, and stages products.
• Maintains warehouse equipment through preventive maintenance and communicates repair needs.
• Ensures a safe and clean workplace, trains employees, and enforces standard operating procedures.
• Handles employee inquiries, resolves issues, and coordinates with other departments.
• Completes activity reports, monitors paperwork flow, resolves discrepancies, and executes Storage Buy Audit COP.
• Manages inventory rotation and ensures compliance with safety procedures.
• Executes other related tasks as directed by management.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating, and follow-up skills.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours during peak seasons.

• Physical strength to lift and move objects as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.

Store Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
