Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees and directs warehouse operations in retail stores. They manage warehouse personnel, oversee storage buy transactions, and coordinate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Daily scheduling of warehouse personnel
• Directing warehouse activities such as shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control
• Maintaining warehouse equipment and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations
• Ensuring warehouse safety and maintaining a clean, safe workplace
• Training and supervising warehouse staff
• Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues
• Coordinating with other departments for efficient warehouse operations
• Completing activity reports and monitoring inventory flow
• Executing Storage Buy Audit COP and managing inventory rotation

Requirements

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating, and follow-up skills
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Basic mathematical calculations and strong computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Availability to work extended hours during peak seasons

• Physical strength to lift and move objects as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl

Store Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
