Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain the warehouse under leadership guidance
• Lift 50 + pounds
• Load and unload supplies in and out of trucks
• Answer incoming calls
• Perform ordering, receiving, picking, and shipping activities
• Manage inventory and supply levels
• Maintain files and records
• Multitask and manage time effectively
• Resolve conflicts
• Apply problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Demonstrate detail‑oriented, reliable, and punctual work habits
• Adapt proactively to changing needs
• Handle confidential information with trustworthiness

Requirements

• Reliable personal transportation
• Pass a background check
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license
• English proficiency; Spanish speaking preferred but not required
• Experience in support roles
• Prior supervisory or management experience is often required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Schedule

8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (in‑office).
