Warehouse Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Mainters and records of all incoming and outgoing materials and/or equipment.
• Maintains the safety and security of the warehouse.
• Safeguards the safety of the materials and/or equipment stored at the warehouse at all times.
• Conducts regular inventory of the materials/supplies kept at the warehouse.
• Performs other relevant tasks as assigned.
• Checks invoice and delivery receipt and notifies to quality control officer.
• Prepares Purchase Orders for needed materials and submits to Purchasing.
• Checks and monitors all materials and fixed assets transferred to the site.
• Maintains order of fast-moving and consumable items and ensures timely replenishment.
• Maintains proper record of incoming and outgoing of diesel, oil, and lubricants and daily consumption.
• Prepares monthly inventory reports, receiving and issuance reports for materials and fixed assets.
• Maintains proper housekeeping inside and within the premises of the warehouse.
