What you'll do
- Enforce safety and quality standards, and lead by example in promoting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Foster teamwork and collaboration, and develop team goals and procedures
- Manage dock operations, trailer routing, and freight scheduling
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
- Support and participate in lean initiatives to enhance operational excellence
- Track KPIs, audit operations, and address deficiencies to ensure adherence to standards
What you'll need
- Two (2) years supervisory experience with strong leadership and management skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years of experience in a warehouse environment
- Previous plant production software experience
- Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes
