Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Consolidated Supply Co., a leading Pacific Northwest plumbing, hydronic heating, and water works wholesale distributor, you will play a key role in keeping branch operations running safely, efficiently, and accurately. This hands-on leadership position supports and develops the warehouse team while overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure customers receive the right products on time, every time.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and accountability for all warehouse and operational activities.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control, order accuracy, warehouse systems, and processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate staging of products for delivery.
• Create a safe, organized, and productive work environment by setting clear expectations and leading by example.
• Work closely with other branch team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain efficiency and effectiveness in warehouse operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse leadership experience, preferably in wholesale distribution.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic leadership style with a commitment to leading by example.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Strong customer service mindset and a genuine desire to support both internal and external customers.

Plumbing, hydronic heating, or water works product knowledge is a plus but not required. This safety-sensitive position requires a drug screen prior to employment.
