Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Warehouse Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory management, with a focus on controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate warehouse associates
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and DEA regulations
• Monitor workflow, improve processes, and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory
• Oversee receipt, verification, packing, and shipping of products, including controlled substances
• Handle customer interactions related to delivery and orders
• Track performance, manage overtime, and ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of related experience
• Effective communication, decision-making, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with warehouse operations, safety standards, and computer applications like Outlook, Word, Excel
• Ability to operate equipment such as reach trucks
• Ability to foster teamwork
• Flexibility to work extended hours and participate in inventory activities
