Warehouse Supervisor

Role Summary The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory management of controlled substances. They direct and motivate associates, monitor workflows, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety policies, DEA regulations, and maintaining detailed records of shipments and controlled substances. Supervisors manage staff performance, attendance, and overtime, support employee development, and handle customer interactions related to delivery and order issues. Qualifications & Skills A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least two years of related, progressively responsible work. Key skills include effective communication, decision-making, analytical thinking, leadership, organizational abilities, and computer literacy (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Proficiency with RF devices and reach trucks is preferred. The role requires physical ability to participate in inventories and extended hours as needed. Responsibilities Supervise warehouse functions, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, maintain records, oversee order accuracy and quality, and foster teamwork.
