Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview: This position involves supervising daily warehouse operations in areas such as shipping, receiving, selection, loading, and storage. The supervisor assigns work, ensures productivity, accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service, and trains associates as needed. Key Responsibilities Oversee warehouse activities within assigned areas, ensuring efficient operations.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.Schedule and assign tasks to maintain productivity and control costs.Maintain KPI reports, enforce safety, sanitation, and security standards.Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations, including safety and sanitation.Manage equipment maintenance and address work-related injuries or issues.Lead pre-shift meetings, communicate updates, and facilitate training and development.Handle staffing, performance management, and departmental goal setting. Qualifications & Skills High School diploma or GED required.Preferred three years of warehouse distribution experience and one year of supervisory experience.Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to multi-task, follow through, and work flexible hours.Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable of Warehouse Management Systems. Physical & Other Requirements: Must frequently sit, walk, stand, lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and noise levels. Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
