Overview

This position assists the Inventory Control Manager with warehouse order processing and may pull and check orders to meet time constraints. The role helps maintain a clean, safe warehouse. Daily schedules vary based on business needs and may include late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Pass pre-employment background checks and drug testing
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with vendors, managers, and coworkers
• Good physical condition: capable of lifting over 60 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing steps and ladders, bending, stooping, and carrying products
• Previous experience operating warehouse equipment, including sit-down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Management experience with 4 or more people

Responsibilities

• Prepare, communicate, and expedite branch product replenishment paperwork for receiving and shipments
• Compile and complete daily change processes, including computer data entry and communication with Chadwell Branch personnel and other departments
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chadwell Distribution Center and branch warehouse personnel
• Provide excellent customer satisfaction through accurate inventory, selection, checking, receiving, and paperwork preparation
• Maintain a positive attitude, morale, and cooperative spirit with other employees
• Supervise and assist with product selection, transfer, packaging, and palletization to ensure order efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure accurate recording and tracking of inventory, receiving, and shipments in the computer system
• Work with management on inventory, receiving, and shipment process changes as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay

Competitive pay of $55,000 – $65,000 per year, based on experience.

Schedule

Full-time: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – finish or 3:00 PM – finish (varies by shift).
