Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory management, and deliveries.
• Oversee the accurate receiving of goods by verifying shipments against purchase orders and receiving documentation to ensure quality and quantity standards are met.
• Lead, train, and coach warehouse team members to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant work practices.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to meet operational and service goals.
• Ensure warehouse inventory, uniforms, and supplies are properly stored, labeled, and maintained using FIFO and established inventory control procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including forklifts and company vehicles, and ensure team members are certified and trained.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with counts, audits, and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Ensure timely delivery of supplies to designated locations while supporting internal guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications, including forklift certification and any required company training.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices, safety standards, and warehouse operations.
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions, reports, and inventory documentation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and internal guests.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and varying shifts as required.
