The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. This includes managing inventory levels, coordinating with logistics teams, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing materials.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper handling and storage techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in warehouse management and inventory control.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
