Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor at Berlin Packaging is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving team performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision of warehouse staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Plan daily workloads to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Train and develop warehouse associates and operators, ensuring they are up-to-date on policies and procedures.
• Maintain efficient, accurate, and orderly warehouse operations to meet cGMP and ISO standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer service and branch metrics.
• Serve as a role model for the company's values and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Generate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and employee engagement.
• Conduct employee evaluations and performance management.

Requirements

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience providing leadership and direction to others.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and provide feedback and development.
• A high energy, positive attitude contributing to a positive team culture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and able to analyze and solve problems.
• Self-motivated, reliable, with strong initiative and results orientation.
• Strong computer skills.
