As Warehouse Supervisor at Bench Dogs, you own that last, critical stretch: receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and the team that makes it all move. We're a growing custom retail fixture and millwork manufacturer in Denver, PA (Lancaster County). This is a hands-on leadership role with a team of warehouse staff and drivers reporting to you, and real ownership of how the department runs. You'll report to our Supply Chain Manager and work closely with production, sales, and project teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations end to end: receiving, inventory control, space management, order fulfillment, shipping, and quality assurance
Schedule, train, and lead the warehouse team and drivers — managing workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
Own inventory accuracy and develop the systems, processes, and storage plans that keep it that way
Manage outbound logistics: coordinating with drivers and shipping partners to get product to customer sites on time and intact
Run our customer-managed inventory (CMI) programs — tracking consigned stock, coordinating replenishment, and reporting to customers on their managed accounts
Serve as a key contact for customer inventory programs, working with sales and project teams to align warehouse capacity with customer commitments
Maintain a safe, compliant work environment and keep equipment inspected and maintained
Report key warehouse performance metrics to management and represent the department in cross-functional meetings

Requirements

3+ years of warehouse experience managing hourly employees
Strong command of warehouse procedures with an appetite for modern warehousing processes and technology
Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and ERP systems
Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills — you can deliver clear feedback and instruction, written and verbal
Valid driver's license (and insurability on our company policy)
High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management (nice to have)
Experience with Epicor ERP (nice to have)
Forklift license (nice to have)
Knowledge of US Customs and DOT regulations (nice to have)
Experience with CMI/VMI programs (nice to have)
Ability to communicate in more than one language (nice to have)

Pay

$58,000–$72,000/year, based on experience — benchmarked against market data annually

Schedule

Stable Monday–Friday day-shift schedule (7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) with occasional evening/weekend hours as duties demand.

This is a full-time, salaried (exempt) position based in our warehouse with an office workspace. The role involves occasional physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds. Offers are contingent on a criminal background check and substance abuse screen.
