About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. This role is responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and training new employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the warehouse to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Train and mentor new warehouse staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and coordinate with external suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
