Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

This position is a Warehouse Supervisor role at our company.

Responsibilities

• Review bill of lading for incoming products to insure accuracy
• Plan and schedules warehouse activities
• Interacts with Quality, Global Compliance, Shipping and Production Control personnel at multiple sites to coordinate daily inputs and outputs of the warehouse
• Assign workers to specific duties, such as inventory control, stocking, and product rotation
• Keep accurate records, maintains and submits various reports
• Recommend and maintains operational procedures
• Maintains and oversees cleaning and proper disposal of damaged and out-of-date product
• Monitors and maintains cleanliness of overall warehouse
• Responsible to see that warehouse tasks and activities are performed, following company’s health and safety procedures
• Manage warehouse employees

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of warehouse experience at Distribution Company
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Basic Algebra Skills
• Must be able to lift 40 LB's
• Valid Driver's License
• Fork Lift Certified
• Quick learner with ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
• Strategic thinkers who can help develop and implement new process
