Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

This position is available for 3rd shift, Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00PM-5:30AM.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and regulations
• Execute the strategic vision of the company for your work area
• Plan work assignments and manage manpower
• Monitor employees and work processes
• Oversee your work area and support team success
• Validate payroll for team members
• Conduct interviews and select candidates
• Evaluate employee performance and prepare appraisals
• Resolve employee problems and collaborate with stakeholders
• Collect team feedback and drive efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience; 5 years preferred
• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work non-traditional shifts and hours
• Ability to process information and interact with computers
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to operate vehicles, machinery, and equipment safely

$64,700 - $81,000 per year
