Warehouse Supervisor 3rd Shift

About the role

Responsible for coordinating an efficient, safe, and effective receipt, storage, inventory, and dispatch of warehoused goods. Also accountable for team’s high-performance and engagement in safely and standard operating procedures of the warehouse department, in order to meet expectations regarding quality and production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, managing performance, and coaching team members
• Set clear goals and maintain respectful accountability, providing feedback on performance and completing performance reviews
• Manage time and attendance system and team member schedules
• Lead safe team member practices and efficient production standards processes
• Coordinate an efficient, safe, and effective receipt, storage, inventory, and dispatch of warehoused goods
• Control, maintain, and supervise inventory, including conducting physical counts of products
• Monitor and measure receiving and warehouse performance for accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee the supplying of materials to fabrication and stages material for assembly and sub-assembly
• Ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures
• Resolve discrepancies with accounting regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred (Associate in Business Administration preferred)
• Minimum 6 months to one year of experience in the individual contributor role
• Technical expertise, such as maintaining certifications or licenses, may be required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to build a high performing team
• Demonstrated attention to detail, deadline-driven, and continuous improvement behaviors
• Computer skills and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish desired
