Warehouse Supervisor | 2nd Shift
Responsibilities
- Supervise a crew doing multiple functions in multiple areas of the warehouse
- Serve as the primary point of contact between warehouse personnel and all levels of management, as well as our customers via email or phone conversations in a clear and professional manner
- Communicate with all levels of management, as well as our customers via email or phone conversations in a clear and professional manner
- Direct the necessary daily activities to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Maintain compliance with legal regulations and company policies are communicated, applied and enforced (i.e. operational, safety, administrative, etc.)
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience working in shipping and receiving departments; previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work well with others
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to supervise staff and delegate tasks

- Must be able to work 8 hours to 12 hours a day, standing on a concrete surface
