Warehouse Supervisor | 2nd Shift

About the role

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team within their temperature-controlled warehouse operation. The role involves leading daily warehouse activities, coaching and developing team members, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, and driving productivity while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve operational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards.
• Cook and develop warehouse team members to achieve operational goals.

• Leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics operations.
• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to following established processes and procedures.
• Experience leading change, implementing improvements, or driving operational efficiencies.
• College Experience Preferred, Or Equivalent Leadership Experience.
• Desire to grow into larger leadership opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.
• Comfortable working in a cold storage/freezer environment.

Pay

$55,100.00 - $92,900.00
