Warehouse Stand-Up Forklift Operator - Swing Shift

About the Role

A Warehouse Associate and Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to facilitate the efficient movement of products within the warehouse. This role involves working independently within a team to maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move products within the warehouse
• Locate storage slots and transport freight to inventory
• Replenish pick slots and inspect/handle pallets
• Perform inventory checks and restock items
• Dispose of packaging materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Follow safety policies and conduct equipment safety checks
• Inspect products and manage temperature-sensitive items
• Complete paperwork and equipment checks
• Adhere to productivity and accuracy standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse/distribution experience
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly (handling weights between 10-90 pounds)
• Comfort working in multi-temperature environments (e.g., coolers and freezers)
• Ability to pass drug and background screenings
