About the Role

TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Node Operations Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance, and compliance, ensuring a safe, productive, and comfortable work environment. The team’s mission is to enhance delivery experiences while minimizing costs through seamless integrated Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) solutions. This role offers opportunities to tackle complex challenges, pursue bold ideas, and drive limitless growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment operations, including inbounding goods, pick, pack, and outbound processes.
  • Own and deliver operational KPIs and cost targets for regional areas, focusing on safety, productivity, quality, and financial goals.
  • Provide strategic and long-term planning inputs, including peak season planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement to optimize operations and enhance productivity.
  • Champion strategic projects with network-wide impact, leveraging cross-functional teams and third-party service providers.
  • Establish objectives and metrics for node operations in safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members, measure performance, and provide feedback.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline (completing or recently completed).
  • Experience managing third-party logistics providers or vendors.
  • Strong project management and continuous improvement skills.
  • Experience managing inbound, outbound, or quality operations with a thorough understanding of key metrics.
  • Proven track record in operations management, including problem-solving, capacity planning, and cost management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
  • Ability to write training documents and standard operating procedures.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $70,304 – $115,200 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
