Merchant Support Specialist Graduate (Supply Chain and Logistics-Fulfillment Centers Operations) - 2027 Start

About the Role

TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking a Merchant Support Specialist to oversee building operations, maintenance, and compliance, ensuring a safe, productive, and comfortable work environment. The team aims to improve delivery experiences while minimizing costs through seamless Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) solutions. This role offers opportunities to tackle complex challenges and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound exceptions for Midwest, Southeast, and South Region fulfillment centers.
• Collaborate with merchant and quality teams to resolve merchant or logistics issues within SLA targets.
• Partner with TikTok site managers and LSP POCs to improve SOPs and achieve KPIs related to exception handling.
• Gather cross-functional feedback from merchants and LSPs to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in designing and refining operational SOPs to enhance merchant experience.
• Streamline and expedite current processes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor site returns dwells and processes, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues within SLA.
• Analyze site performance metrics to ensure service levels are met or exceeded.
• Provide daily on-site supervision and address issues identified at the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline (completing or recently completed).
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail e-commerce logistics, particularly in a warehouse setting.
• Proven success in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• E-commerce logistics experience.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $70,304 – $115,200 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
