Warehouse Specialist
About the role
The Warehouse Specialist plays a critical role in keeping custom exhibit and experiential projects organized, protected, accurate, and ready for the next phase of work. This role supports the physical movement, preparation, assembly, labeling, packing, and organization of exhibit properties so our teams can deliver with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Physically unpacks and assembles large exhibits and displays for multiple client projects.
- Understands blueprints and or CAD layouts of projects.
- Clocks and labels clear and legible numbering of exhibit parts and pieces on bill of lading.
- Ensures supplies specific to each project are available and sufficient in toolboxes.
- Packs skids and crates with protective corners and shrink wrap where applicable to ensure safe transportation.
- Adheres to schedules and timelines.
- Accountable to ensuring the work planned for the day is completed without going over on planned labor hours for the job.
- Keeps a clean and organized workspace, especially during busy periods.
- Follows instructions from Warehouse Lead to ensure the inbound is completed accurately.
- Separates all graphics from exhibit structure as needed.
- Separates all rental items and returns to storage.
- Removes trash from the warehouse and shop to dock by end of each day.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Two years of warehouse operations or other related manual labor experience in an entrepreneurial company.

Pay
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $20/hour - $28/hour, and individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.
