Warehouse Specialist

Core Responsibilities

• Pick and pack fulfillment orders
• Maintain inventory counts: running inventory reports and responding to inventory requests from customer service teams
• Unload truck deliveries and stow items in an organized manner
• Outbound shipping of customer orders
• Monitor shipping and production inventory, ordering shipping supplies or production supplies as needed
• Operate forklift, walkie stacker or pallet jack as needed
• Execute fulfillment projects as assigned
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping cleaning
• Absorb and complete trimming embroidered orders as needed
• Operate heat press properly to decrease unsafe conditions

Physical Requirements

• Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a warehouse/production setting
• To stand for prolonged periods of time
• To regularly stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach and twist
• To lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs. of weight
• To operate production equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard
• To verbally communicate to exchange information

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 or more years of fulfillment center or production experience
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite
• Well organized
• Able to communicate with peers and leadership
