Summary Of Primary Functions

Dobbs Equipment is seeking a Warehouse Specialist. This position is responsible for receiving, checking, storing, pulling, and shipping equipment parts while preparing and processing various documents and computer entries related to shipping, receiving, and inventory controls.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments while maintaining a safe work environment and safe work habits.
• Utilizes the business system to process receipt transactions on all received parts.
• Ensures all parts and applicable freight charges are billed correctly. Invoices will call documents and verifies billing to work orders.
• Notifies customers when parts are received and ready for pickup via telephone.
• Delivers parts and documentation to service department personnel or places in the “will call” holding area.
