Warehouse/Showroom (Driving Required)

About the role

Robb & Stucky is looking for an entry-level part-time Warehouse Showroom Associate for our high-end furniture store. This role involves shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks (heavy lifting over 100 lbs), inventory, and general maintenance of the store. Experience is required, and computer literacy is a must. Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and warehouse functions, including unloading and loading merchandise from delivery trucks or trailers.
• Verify delivery accuracy by checking the delivery book for the correct number of pieces.
• Ensure all goods are appropriately packaged, labeled, and tagged before storage or delivery.
• Move materials and finished goods to production or storage areas.
• Identify, track, and resolve receiving errors or discrepancies.
• Prepare finished goods shipments and ensure outgoing orders are complete and correct.
• Complete the delivery manifest daily.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety/quality standards to meet deadlines.
• Maintain good communication and coordination with company personnel and management.
• Keep management informed of area activities and significant concerns; provide problem-solving suggestions.
• Attend required meetings.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and well-organized work area.
• Complete special projects and related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a furniture warehouse (required).
• 3 years of experience driving a 26 ft box truck (required).
• Ability to work weekends (required).
• Ability to work Wednesday through Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (required).
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift over 100 lbs.
