Warehouse Shipping Coordinator

About the role

This hourly, non-exempt position coordinates shipment deliveries in an accurate and timely manner. You will work directly with product teams, drivers, and sales representatives in a safety-sensitive warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate deliveries with drivers and sales people.
• Work with the product team to maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain a high level of efficiency in the movement of trucks.
• Perform clerical duties as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from other departments.
• Control warehouse activities including will calls, container unloading, and transfers.
• Enforce MSI’s safety policies in the warehouse.
• Perform additional duties as required or requested.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $19.75 to $22.75 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires typically earn between $56,900 and $73,900 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

Schedule

Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM, plus 2 Saturdays a month from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
