Warehouse Shift Supervisor

About the role

As the Warehouse Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical, hands-on role in driving high-volume fulfillment, maintaining strict operational standards, and leading daily warehouse activities to ensure seamless product delivery. You will serve as the operational backbone on our shopfloor, bridging team leadership and strategy to build a scalable foundation for growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily shopfloor operations across receiving, fulfillment, and shipping for a team of 8–12 associates.
• Run daily morning huddles to align the team on priorities, assign shift workloads, and partner with leadership on volume forecasts.
• Oversee site upkeep, optimizing storage capacity, organization, and floor safety standards to ensure maximum operational output.
• Monitor daily throughput and team KPIs, conducting spot quality and inventory accuracy checks to ensure continuous excellence.
• Manage shift scheduling, resolve attendance or workload gaps, and direct external contractors and temporary labor on the floor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of warehouse or shopfloor experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven team management skills with a strong ability to make confident, fast decisions in time-sensitive situations.
• Active forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification within your first 30 days on the job).
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), KPI dashboards, and basic operational reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills with bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred, alongside experience handling oversized items.

Pay

Compensation Range: $45K - $60K
