Warehouse Shift Supervisor

Exempt, salaried position paid twice per month.

Pay

$70,000 – $75,000 per year based on experience.

Schedule

Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m., with two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch.

About the role

The Warehouse Shift Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. This role focuses on leading direct reports and achieving daily operational goals within the assigned functional area.

Responsibilities

• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
• Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
• Health and Safety Management
• State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
• Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related industry
• One or more years of direct supervisory or leadership experience
