About the role

Selectors in our 2nd Shift Freezer Order Selector Distribution Center play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. The position involves selecting orders, handling frozen products, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a 5-day work week between Sunday and Friday, starting at 4 PM and finishing around 3-4 AM.
  • On Fridays, work from 2:00 PM until around 8-10 PM.
  • Perform tasks such as selecting orders, handling frozen products, and ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Handle up to 100 pounds of product and work in both cold and hot environments.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and follow verbal instructions.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs comfortably and unassisted.
  • Read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Pass a drug test and background check.

Pay

$22.95/hour (including a $1.00 2nd shift premium), plus performance incentives and weekly overtime.

Schedule
