Position Overview

As a Warehouse Selector, you'll pick, gather, and organize products to prepare orders for delivery, helping feed local communities. This role suits upbeat individuals who enjoy staying active and want to earn an above-average income.

Responsibilities

• Pick items using order sheets or audio headsets
• Stack products on pallets for loading
• Ensure order accuracy and safety compliance
• Operate equipment like pallet jacks and walkie-riders
• Apply labels, wrap products securely, and inspect equipment
• Handle products safely, including lifting and moving items of varying weights and heights
• Maintain safety standards during operations
• Perform equipment inspections
• Work in cold environments (around -20° to 0°)
• Contribute to a team-focused, active work environment

Qualifications and Skills

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Capable of frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 60 lbs, and working on multiple levels
• Safety awareness and adherence to material handling procedures are essential
