Warehouse Selector

About the Role

As a Warehouse Selector in Pineville, you’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. You’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, ensuring accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts will keep our supply chain flowing smoothly, from receiving goods to shipping orders on time.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift)
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
• Accurately pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per customer orders
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely in high-traffic warehouse areas
• Visually inspect and verify all incoming/outgoing product
• Maintain safety, productivity, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Read labels, count product, and complete order paperwork
• Support team with cleaning and additional duties as needed

Requirements

• Comfort working in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred
• Valid forklift certification and 1+ year of safe equipment operation
• Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation
• Ability to use a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset)

Schedule

Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, freezer: -5°F to 38°F). Primarily a 4-day work week, starting at 4 AM. Must be able to work holidays and weekends. This is a physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods.

Pay

$23.97/hr. + $1,000 sign-on bonus. Weekly pay (every Friday).
