Warehouse Selector

Responsibilities

• Select products from the warehouse according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Pick and stage product orders using pick sheets.
• Prepare selected items for repack by packing them securely and labeling them correctly.
• Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing routine cleaning tasks (sweeping, removing trash, organizing pallets, etc.).
• Comply with company safety standards and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Stay until the work is fully completed and shifts end when the work is done.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check. Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.

Schedule

Variable schedule based on business needs. Shifts may vary from day shift to night shift.
