About the role

The Sanitation, Warehouse role performs general janitorial, cleaning, and sanitation tasks in a warehouse facility, including dry, cooler, and freezer areas. Similar duties may also be assigned in office areas.

Responsibilities

• Complete all work according to company health and safety policies and guidelines.
• Report all unsafe conditions or unsafe acts immediately to ensure safety of all associates.
• Perform cleaning duties as assigned, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash pickup, and related janitorial tasks.
• Handle all cleaning chemicals as directed in hazmat material sheets.
• Complete all assigned Pure Safety training modules in a timely and accurate manner.
• Operate a pallet jack to transport refuse/trash to appropriate receptacles, if required.
• Complete all assignments accurately and on time.
• Work with cleaning chemicals as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of general sanitation, cleaning, and/or janitorial work experience.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
