Sanitation, Warehouse Day Shift

About the role

Performs general janitorial, cleaning, and sanitation tasks in a warehouse facility, including dry, cooler, and freezer areas. May also perform similar duties in office areas as assigned. Responsibilities may include operating a pallet jack to transport refuse or trash to appropriate receptacles.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, dusting, mopping, trash pickup, and use of a compactor
• Handling cleaning chemicals as directed in hazmat material sheets
• Following all safety rules and completing duties per business needs
• Adhering to company health and safety policies and guidelines
• Reporting any unsafe conditions or acts immediately
• Completing all assigned Pure Safety training modules accurately and on time
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 3–6 months of general sanitation, cleaning, and/or janitorial work experience
• Certification to operate all required equipment
