About the role
We are seeking a Sanitation employee to join our team in Fond du Lac, WI. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant facility while supporting our mission to create high-quality ingredients for human and animal nutrition.
Responsibilities
- Follow SOPs for proper drain sanitation
- Follow SOP for cleaning plastic pallets
- Follow SOP for cleaning of utensils and containers
- Follow SOP for bailing cardboard, plastic, super sacks, and ingredient bags/containers
- Cleaning of lunchroom and bathrooms
- Refilling dispensers and replenishing supplies as needed
- Emptying garbage and replacing bags
- Enforce plant-wide GMP compliance
Requirements
- Previous machine operator experience or equivalent skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Licensed forklift operator or willingness to learn
- Ability to perform light heavy work, including lifting up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 30 pounds
Pay
$19.00 USD per hour and up, based on experience.
Schedule
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with every other weekend off.
