  • Weekend - 3:30am-3:30pm, Friday-Sunday

Requirements

  • Must complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Must complete a pre-placement screening testing the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
  • Vision corrected to 20/30 or better with normal depth perception and peripheral vision
  • Ability to work with proper PPE, airborne seasoning, and cardboard dust
  • Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Stable work history with good references
  • Ability to sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time
  • Forklift certification and ability to maintain safe forklift operation at all times

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and position raw materials
  • Unload trucks and receive/bale cardboard, including unloading suppliers' trucks
  • Perform seasoning storage and placement following guidelines
  • Count and inventory raw material
  • Understand Safe Quality Food (SQF) documentation, labeling, and storage procedures
  • Complete proper rotation procedure of first in/first out
  • Use a handheld mobile device for receiving and inventory
  • Complete forklift inspection and cleaning, document the inspection, and submit the report to the supervisor; report any problems immediately
  • Ensure manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, including production orders, materials, and finished goods
  • Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance
  • Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data
  • Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment
  • Perform warehouse clean-up and empty trash/garbage containers
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including working in confined spaces and wearing proper personal protective equipment
  • Attend all safety and SQF meetings/training and work by these standards
  • Fill in for different production positions, including giving breaks if necessary
  • Use Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, D365, and PowerPoint
  • Communicate with coworkers, supervisors, or other departments based on production needs
  • Other ERP responsibilities and duties as assigned
