Warehouse Quality Inspector

Job Responsibilities

• Complete outbound pallet inspection and release.
• Verify and identify shipment accuracy issues, including SKU, case quantity, lot code, pallet accuracy, and shipping documentation.
• Complete the inspection process prior to shipment loading.
• Conduct inspections in a timely manner to support truck departures by approximately 8:00 AM.

Inventory Check

• Conduct daily inventory checks on a rack-by-rack basis.
• Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and WMS information.
• Maintain accurate inventory records to improve warehouse performance.
• Document inspection results and inventory findings.

Skills/Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or quality-related environment.
• Experience performing inventory, product, quantity, or shipment verification.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn and use WMS.
• Ability to work in a freezer/cold-storage environment.
• Ability to perform time-sensitive work during morning outbound operations.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Bilingual in Korean required, to understand written Korean on select packaging/boxes.
• Previous WMS/ERP experience preferred.
• Experience in food distribution, cold storage, or temperature-controlled products preferred.

Work Environment

• Working hours are from 5:30am to 2:30pm.
• Perform assigned duties in a freezer/cold-storage environment.
• Follow applicable safety procedures, PPE requirements, and designated working hours and breaks for freezer work.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
