Warehouse Production Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates to ensure efficient operations, maintain safety standards, and comply with all policies and procedures.
• Drive performance, deliver results, and meet or exceed defined goals by setting clear, achievable performance goals using KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, providing real-time coaching, motivating your team, and ensuring a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment.
• Work in different temp zones including refrigerated (25 to 35°F) and freezer (-20°F).
• Work schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 2PM Start.
• Must be able to work in all temp zones and a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

• High school diploma or GED required; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including various shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays to support warehouse operations.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift, move, and carry 30-40 pounds repetitively upwards of 1,000 times per day.
• Must be able to lift, move, and carry larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently.
• The Warehouse Supervisor is frequently required to stand, walk, climb and sit at times in the warehouse.
• Subject to a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary from very cool to very warm.
• Exposure to outside weather conditions.
• The noise levels in the warehouse work environment are typically low to moderate.
