Warehouse Processing Lead (2nd Shift)

About the role

Palermo's Pizza is seeking an experienced Warehouse Processing Lead to join the 2nd shift team.

Responsibilities

• Support production teams by ensuring all GMP and safety requirements are followed.
• Direct, audit, train, and assist employees in their designated warehouse area (Processing).
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve operational issues.
• Support and encourage compliance with procedures and processes to meet department and company goals while demonstrating proper company values and behaviors.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Powered Industrial Truck rules and safety.

Requirements

• Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and people safety guidelines.
• 2–5 years of experience leading and working in a warehouse environment.
• Organized and methodical approach to problem-solving, especially in time-sensitive, tight-deadline situations where accuracy is critical.
• Team player with excellent communication skills, committed to ensuring the success of the entire Palermo’s team.
