Warehouse Processing Lead (1st Shift)

About the Role

Palermo's Pizza is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Processing Lead to join our 1st shift team! You will support our production teams by ensuring all GMP and safety requirements are followed, while also directing, auditing, training, and assisting employees in their designated warehouse area (Processing). Additionally, you will troubleshoot and problem-solve, support compliance with procedures and processes, and demonstrate strong knowledge of Powered Industrial Truck rules and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all GMP and safety requirements are followed
• Direct, audit, train, and assist employees in the Processing area
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve warehouse issues
• Support and encourage compliance with procedures and processes to meet department/company goals
• Demonstrate proper company values and behaviors
• Apply strong knowledge of Powered Industrial Truck rules and safety

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience leading and working in a warehouse environment
• Proven ability to operate safely, following all food and people guidelines
• Organized and methodical approach to problem-solving, especially in time-sensitive situations
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mindset
