About the Role

As a Parcel Loader, you will be responsible for hand-loading parcel boxes (up to 50 lbs.) onto FedEx and UPS trailers. You will also have the opportunity to cross-train in other warehouse positions—at Ubique Group, we move to the work, allowing every employee to expand their skills and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Load parcels efficiently and safely onto trailers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping as needed
• Organize warehouse areas to ensure orderliness and safety at all times
• Wear and properly use required safety equipment

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines and procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
• Manual dexterity required for handling small items
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures, and with regular exposure to loud noises and moving equipment

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm, with occasional opportunities to start earlier or stay later depending on business needs.
