Shipping Loader - 1st Shift (Monday-Thursday 6AM-430PM)

Responsibilities

• Load trailers while maintaining Dollar Tree safety policies to avoid personal injuries and property damage.
• Ensure freight is loaded so that appropriate space is left at the end of the trailer, determining when overflow is necessary.
• Check merchandise to ensure shipment accuracy, damage-free condition, and proper trailer assignment.
• Work as a team to prevent production downtime due to overloading or merchandise left on the extender.
• Achieve set standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Assist in other general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and load boxes for 10+ hours.
• At least 1 year of previous warehouse experience.
• Team-oriented mindset.
