1st Shift (Mon-Thur) Warehouse Loader/Unloader

Responsibilities

• Outbound Loading
  • Load cartons from conveyor systems into trailers.
  • Scan freight using handheld RF scanners.
  • Move rolling carts and cages throughout the warehouse.
  • Build secure, organized trailer loads while meeting production goals.
• Inbound Unloading
  • Unload cartons from inbound trailers.
  • Place freight onto conveyor belts for processing.
  • Scan and sort products into the correct rolling cages.
  • Work with your team to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.

This is a physically active position involving regular lifting, bending, walking, and standing throughout your shift.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift 5–50 pounds repeatedly
• Dependable transportation
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work in a warehouse setting

Pay

Production-Based Compensation

• Average earnings of $200–$250 per shift
• Typical equivalent of $16–$25+ per hour
• Paid by production—not hourly
• Higher performance means higher earnings

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Shifts may finish early when workload allows
• Overtime available during busy periods
