1st Shift Back Half (Wed-Sat) Warehouse Loader/Unloader

Responsibilities

Freight Loading

• Load cartons from conveyor lines into outbound trailers.
• Scan each carton using handheld RF equipment to ensure accurate tracking.
• Transport rolling cages throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Build organized, secure trailer loads while maintaining productivity standards.

Freight Unloading

• Remove cartons from inbound floor-loaded trailers.
• Place freight onto conveyor systems for processing.
• Scan merchandise and sort cartons into designated containers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout your shift.

This is an active warehouse position requiring frequent lifting, walking, bending, and teamwork in a fast-paced operation.

Pay

• Production-Based Compensation with average daily earnings of $200–$250.
• Typical earnings range from $16/hour to $25+/hour, paid by the number of cases loaded and unloaded.
• Higher productivity means greater earning potential.

Schedule

• Wednesday–Saturday (Back Half) | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Shifts may end earlier depending on production volume.
• Overtime opportunities available based on business needs.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
• Able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs throughout the workday.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
