Warehouse Unloader - 1st Shift

About the role

We are seeking energetic and organized individuals to join as Warehouse Backhaulers, working in teams of 3-5 to unload trailers and break down food products to meet warehouse specifications. This role offers a fast-paced, active work setting focused on supporting local communities through food distribution.

Responsibilities

• Receiving products, recording code dates, and breaking down pallets according to procedures
• Operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and clamp machines to move merchandise
• Transporting pallets from dock to designated aisles, ensuring timely processing
• Performing equipment inspections and safe lifting of varied case weights
• Standing, bending, lifting, and walking on different surfaces for most of the shift

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience operating material handling equipment
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to community support
• Ability to safely handle sharp objects and perform physical tasks
• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
