The Opportunity
Pallet Sorters at Capstone are responsible for inspecting, sorting, repairing, and stacking pallets in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a physically active role that rewards hustle and consistency.
Requirements
- A high-energy individual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs repeatedly
- Prior warehouse or pallet experience preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate
- Must be 18 years or older
